Using Inamiʼs specialty, the taro root, we make taro manju and sell the Toyama souvenir, Nanto Rakushi. In addition to our restaurant where you can enjoy locally grown food, you can also watch woodcarving artisans at work in their studio here, creating a fun mixture of experiences with our local culture.
