We are a Japanese snack shop that has worked to make quality products for the last 80 years. Our leading product is our Countryside Manju, which is well known as a local Inami specialty. Our manju is made using the image of a light pileup of snow on a rice field, and it is packed full of mildly sweetened coarse anko made using Hokkaido grown adzuki beans cooked in rock candy and wrapped in a thin layer of wheat grown in Hokkaido and Kyushu.
We also serve roasted green tea to our customers.
