田村萬盛堂木型館
Tamura Manseidou has been around from the Edo period to today, and we have all the tools and wooden molds that we have used throughout the time period in a collection of 1200 items in our exhibition. We mostly use the molds to make rakugan (a decorative Japanese snack made from rice), ohigashi (dried decorative cookies), and nerikirian (a chewy snack with red bean paste in the middle), which we all have in our exhibition.
